Privacy at Cuppie

Cuppie sells products that are personal by nature. We treat your information the same way we treat your order: with discretion, care, and as little fuss as possible. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect, why, and what we don’t do.

What we collect

Only what we need to get an order to you and stay in touch when it matters:

  • Order details — your name, delivery address, phone number, email, and what you bought.
  • Payment confirmation — we receive confirmation that your M-PESA or card payment went through. We do not see or store your PIN, full card number, or M-PESA passcode.
  • Website activity — basic analytics (pages visited, device type, approximate location) so we can fix what’s broken and improve what’s not.

We do not ask for, collect, or store any health information, cycle data, or anything about your body. What you buy is your business.

How we use it

  • To process and deliver your order.
  • To send order updates (confirmation, dispatch, delivery) by SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
  • To respond when you contact us.
  • To send occasional offers — only if you’ve opted in. You can unsubscribe any time, and it won’t affect your orders.

How we keep it discreet

Our riders and packaging carry no indication of what’s inside. Order references on bank or M-PESA statements appear under a neutral merchant name. Our team handles your details on a need-to-know basis, and we never share your name or order with anyone who doesn’t need it to fulfil your purchase.

Who sees your information

A small number of trusted partners help us run the business:

  • Delivery riders and couriers — they see your name, address, and phone, nothing more.
  • Payment processors (Safaricom M-PESA, card gateways) — they handle the transaction itself.
  • Our website and email tools — to host the site and send order emails.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it for advertising. We only disclose it if the law requires us to.

Cookies

Our site uses cookies to keep your cart working and to measure traffic. You can clear or block them in your browser settings.

Your choices

You can ask us, at any time, to:

  • See what we hold about you,
  • Correct anything that’s wrong,
  • Delete your account and order history (subject to records we’re legally required to keep, such as tax invoices).

Just email us from the address linked to your order.

Keeping it safe

The site runs over HTTPS, accounts are password-protected, and access to customer data inside our team is limited. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your data the way we’d want ours treated.

Changes to this policy

If we change anything meaningful, we’ll update the date at the top and, where it matters, let you know directly.
