Every parcel ships in plain, unbranded packaging — your privacy comes first. And delivery is FREE on every order over KES 5,000, automatically applied at checkout.

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

Most Nairobi orders arrive same-day or next-day depending on the time you placed them. Orders outside Nairobi go via G4S and typically arrive the next working day — weekend orders go out for Tuesday delivery. If your scheduled window has passed and your rider or courier hasn’t reached out, WhatsApp our support team with your order number and we’ll track it down within minutes. Also check your SMS inbox (and spam folder) — the rider or G4S usually sends a notification before they arrive.

What are my delivery options and timelines?

Inside Nairobi:

  • Same Day — order before 10:00 AM on a weekday, or before 3:00 PM on a weekend, and we’ll deliver the same day.
  • Next Day — order after 10:00 AM on a weekday, or after 3:00 PM on a weekend, and your order arrives the next day.
  • Premium Same Day — available Monday to Friday between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM for priority handling.
  • Monday Delivery — available all weekend for orders that can wait until the new week.

Outside Nairobi (G4S courier):

  • Delivery Tomorrow — weekday orders placed before 3:00 PM arrive the next working day.
  • Dispatched Tomorrow — weekday orders placed after 3:00 PM are dispatched the next morning.
  • Tuesday Delivery — all weekend orders, plus Friday evening orders, are delivered on Tuesday.

Available options auto-update at checkout based on your location and the time you’re ordering — you’ll only see the slots that actually work.

Do you deliver outside Nairobi?

Yes — we deliver anywhere in Kenya via G4S courier. Major towns (Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, Nyeri, Meru, Thika, Machakos, Kakamega, and beyond) are covered next working day for weekday orders placed before 3:00 PM. Weekend and Friday-evening orders are dispatched for Tuesday delivery. You’ll receive a G4S tracking SMS once your parcel leaves our warehouse, and they’ll call you when it’s ready for pickup at your nearest branch — or deliver to your address if you’ve requested doorstep service.

Do you deliver on weekends and public holidays?

Weekends in Nairobi: yes, we deliver all day Saturday and Sunday. Same-Day Delivery is available for orders placed before 3:00 PM, and Next-Day Delivery covers anything placed after that. Monday Delivery is also available all weekend if your order isn’t urgent.

Weekends outside Nairobi: G4S doesn’t run weekend deliveries, so any weekend or Friday-evening order is dispatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery.

Public holidays: our riders and G4S don’t operate on Kenyan public holidays. Orders placed on a public holiday — or that would have been dispatched on one — go out the next working day. You’ll still get your M-PESA confirmation immediately; only the delivery itself shifts.

Is delivery really free on large orders?

Yes. Delivery is FREE on every order over KES 5,000, anywhere in Kenya. The discount is applied automatically at checkout — no code, no email request, nothing to remember. You’ll still see the delivery method name (Same Day, Next Day, Tuesday Delivery and so on) so you know exactly when your order will arrive, but the cost is set to zero. For orders under KES 5,000, you’ll see the standard rate for your area and time of order.

Is the packaging discreet?

Always. Every Cuppie order ships in plain, unbranded outer packaging — no product photos, no Cuppie logo, no description of what’s inside on the airwaybill beyond a generic “personal care item”. Whether the rider drops your parcel with a neighbour, your watchman, a receptionist at your office, or directly with you, there’s nothing on the outside that gives away what you’ve ordered. Your privacy is the default, not an upgrade.
