How to use

1. Rinse your menstrual cup or disc after your cycle ends.
2. Add clean water to the CupMate up to the internal water-level line.
3. Place your cup or disc inside and close the bayonet lid (leave the vent clear).
4. Microwave as directed to steam-sterilise, then let it cool fully — the lid and case will be hot.
5. Pour out the water, let your cup dry, and store it in the same case until next time.

Care
